Inventory & SKU sync
Every unique used club has one SKU. Sold at the counter? Hit Sold in store and it disappears from the site immediately. Static demo — this is stored in your browser; at launch it's the POS talking to the website.
SKU format: PWR-[BRAND]-[MODEL]-[CLUB]-[SERIAL] — e.g. PWR-TM-P770-4P-00120. Serial increments forever, never reused, so a club can be traced back to its trade-in ticket.
