Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Used clubs are single items — if two people manage to buy the same one in the same minute, the first order stands and the second gets refunded immediately with an apology and a discount code.
Pricing
Prices are in USD and can change without notice, but the price you paid is the price you paid. Obvious pricing errors (a $2,000 driver listed at $20) may be cancelled and refunded.
Trade-ins
Online estimates are estimates. Final value is set on inspection. By selling us a club you confirm you own it and it's authentic.
Repairs & builds
We work carefully on clubs but old epoxy, brittle graphite and mystery adapters exist. If a club breaks during a normal repair because of a pre-existing problem, we'll tell you and won't charge for the labor, but we can't replace the club.
Simulator
You're responsible for people in your group. Don't swing near the screen edge. Damage to the screen or monitor from misuse is billed at cost.
Everything else
Florida law. Disputes go to Duval or St. Johns County. Be reasonable and we will be too.
