30 days on everything we stock. Custom-spec work is final unless we got it wrong.
Used clubs
Return within 30 days for a full refund. The club needs to come back in the condition we shipped it — that means hitting it on the sim is fine, playing 18 with it is not. Original headcover and any included accessories come back with it.
New clubs
Unhit, with all packaging and headcovers, within 30 days: full refund. Hit new clubs are handled as a trade-in at our used value, which is still generous.
Custom builds, adjustments, bent lofts, cut shafts
Final sale. If the spec we delivered doesn't match the spec you ordered, we fix or replace it free — that's on us, not you.
How
Email your order number to the shop or walk it in. We refund to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving it. Return shipping is on you unless the item was wrong or damaged.
