New clubs carry the manufacturer's warranty. Used clubs carry ours. Repairs carry ours.
New clubs
Full manufacturer warranty (typically 1–2 years against defects). We'll handle the claim for you — bring the club in and we deal with the brand.
Used clubs
Our 30-day return policy covers anything we missed. Beyond that, if a used club fails from a defect (cracked face, head separation) within 6 months of purchase, we'll repair it at no charge or credit you the purchase price toward a replacement. Normal wear, sky marks and grip wear aren't defects.
Repairs & builds
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months: if a shaft we installed comes loose, a grip we installed slips, or a ferrule we set moves, we fix it free. Parts carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Not covered
Abuse (the tree lost too), water damage, alterations by someone else, and anything with a broken serial or tamper mark.
